2. Size + design are set! NO MODIFICATION.
3. Arms + Legs preferred.
4. During this week, flashes are unrepeatable. After the event, flashes return to regular pricing + become repeatable (matching tattoos are allowed.)
5. First come first serve.
6. Rescheduling is not allowed.
7. Non refundable deposit required to secure your spot! ($100/flash)
8. Max Three design per person.
