WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?>>

1. Please allow 1–3 days for a response.
You will receive an email regarding your appointment request. I will do my best to respond within 24 hours whenever possible!

Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders. Once you receive my email, please review all appointment details carefully and make sure everything is correct.

2. If you change your mind or would like to pass on your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.
A quick heads-up would be greatly appreciated, as it allows me to offer the spot to another client. ♡

3. Your appointment will be temporarily held once an available date is offered.
The exact deadline to secure your appointment will be included in your booking email. If the required payment is not received by the stated deadline, the appointment may be released to another client.

4. A deposit will be required to finalize your appointment.
Please carefully review the deposit, rescheduling, cancellation, and Portfolio Promotion policies included in your email before submitting your payment.

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable booking policies.

5. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please follow the payment instructions provided in your booking email so I can properly match your payment to your appointment.

6. Please begin preparing for your appointment once your booking is confirmed.
You will receive detailed pre-care instructions so your skin and brows are properly prepared for the procedure. Please read and follow these instructions carefully, as proper preparation can affect your appointment and results.

7. Please remember that the follow-up/touch-up appointment is a required part of this Portfolio Promotion.
Your healed results are an important part of the portfolio process. You will be required to return after the initial healing period so I can assess your healed brows, make any necessary refinements, and photograph/document your healed results.

8. A reminder will be sent before your appointment.
It will include important information and a checklist for your appointment, so please make sure to read through everything carefully.
